This is the basic fitness test.

Make sure you warm up FIRST! Test yourself every 30 days by doing as many reps as you can in ONE SET of each of these exercises. 

Mark your calendar. 

Just like we talked about in the intro video, take some time to mark down an hour each day of the week when you think you'll have time to exercise. Once you've done this, go back and decide which 3-5 sessions you want to be deliberate about getting your workouts in. If you don't already have google calendar, you can CLICK HERE to make an account (it's very useful).

This is a basic breakdown of what your calendar could/should look like!

Monday:

Legs and booty! Make sure to stretch really well.

Thursday:

Chest and Triceps! If you can't do push ups, don't sweat!

Saturday:

At home back workout!!! Looks easy.... but don't be fooled!
